Summary Assessment and Report

Once AiPA is commissioned to carry out a review of your home a trained Field Officer, performs an objective and very detailed inspection or your home. The inspection begins from the street and includes all external areas. The internal review includes each and every room.

The information collected from your home is recorded on computer, on site and then downloaded from anywhere in Australia to a central computer data system where it is analysed and formatted into a comprehensive yet easy to read Summary Assessment Report.

This document is then reviewed by AiPA, its participating Field Officer and then presented and explained to you by an AiPA representative.

This report provides you with the essential information needed to assist you in determining the suitability or otherwise of your home and the extent of modifications which must be made to your particular residence to make it Ageing in Place suitable.
